Recently I've been caught up in running the shop, getting people through the door & paying bills. It just isn’t me, it feels crap, it feels hard. I don't want that! I want to be me & attract the people who feel an affinity with me. I want it to feel easy & worthwhile & fun.

So I'm doing it. I'm launching workshops as a way to get my peeps here, getting more joy from life & creating a tribe. First off I'm booking a session about periods & menstrual cycles! I'm naming it 'Use Your Period To Take Over The World'. Do with that what you will.

It’ll be Wednesday 15th June here upstairs at Food for Thought on the Embankment starting at 7pm. It’s a lovely supportive introduction to getting to know your period & how it’s not something to hate but an interesting part of a cycle that is part of you. You’ll learn about what happens in your cycle, when & how you can work with it & you might even get to use the side door like the interesting mysterious individual you are! There's so much intrigue I just don't know what to do with it!

Yes, there will be a more in-depth session to help you to really perfect the world domination bit.

Then Tuesday 12th July we’ll have Zero Waste For Triers, an introduction on how to waste less, be a more conscious consumer in baby steps! No judgement here, just open, honest advice on the best ways to be that bit kinder to the planet & your bank balance!

Coming very soon, (Peri)Menopausal Mayhem!

Does any of that sound like a bit of you? Step forward you gorgeous beast! It’s time we get to know each other.

See you soon,

Hmmm, what about these?

Recycling’s good right?

We think that we’re doing the best thing recycling but where does it end up? We try to help the environment, be more eco-friendly & sustainable but can we trust those companies promising to deal with our waste safely?
